Olivera's Process

1. Our staff assesses all aspects of your function whether it is a corporate event, convention, gala, grand opening, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, holiday party, or other celebration.

2. We offer a selection of entertainment appropriate for your event, with consideration of the theme, size and scope of your event, role of the performers, acoustical considerations, the number and ages of your guests, styles of music, and potential interaction with guests.

3. You can preview video and audio clips on this website, have a promotional package sent to you, or make an appointment to meet with us in our office in Ashburn, Virginia.

4. A contract is offered, which is confirmed with a signature and deposit.

5. We continue to work with you as your plans change and develop, confirming specific details for your event, such as a timeline for the event, arrangements with the venue, electrical and lighting issues, securing appropriate equipment, troubleshooting for emergencies.

6. Your performers will receive a detailed e-mail from Olivera Music Entertainment containing all the specifics for your event.  Your lead musician will call you to reconfirm music selections, order of events, and all other relevant details.  This is your opportunity to reinforce all details with the person who will be orchestrating your music.

7. You enjoy your celebration to the fullest, confident all entertainment production planning will ensure a successful special event.  Our performers and/or production personnel will expertly manage all logistics throughout your celebration.
